What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma, GED equivalency or knowledge within the food industry equivalent to such education, Three (3) to five (5) years related experience in food industry, minimum of two (2) in a supervisory role where responsibility was maintained to ensure employees are fully trained and have a complete understanding for the process in which they are functioning, Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, HACCP certification, Knowledge of USDA regulations, Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Supervise daily operations within the assigned department
Ensure lead associates are properly trained
Maintain records and inventory
Meet HACCP requirements
Plan and communicate with other departments
Adhere to proper manufacturing methods
Collaborate and resolve issues quickly
Drive accountability of KPI's
Communicate/Coordinate/Supervise department’s daily objectives
Train lead persons in all job requirements
Ensure employees understand the process
Confer with Management and employees on departmental problems
Recommend changes or work practices
Compile required reports
Document steps taken to resolve deficiencies
Complete daily timesheets
Schedule employee time off
Ensure employees adhere to company policies
Conduct employee evaluations
Conduct disciplinary actions
Represent Department at company meetings
