If so, we are seeking a Production Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing and is constantly engaged in managing multiple priorities across the production area. Must show a high aptitude for effective communication with focus on direction, coaching, and training. Responsible for a high degree of “game time” decision making that affects efficiency, safety, quality, and the overall thrill of our customers. Key Accountabilities: Provide leadership and coaching to Production Associates and Machine Operators Assign the production schedule with focus on on-time delivery, as well as efficiency of operators performing tasks Ensure all employees are up to date and in compliance with training on policies, procedures, and programs Work with Quality, Maintenance, and Management to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve production problems Generate ideas and implement changes in processes to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce costs, and improve employee morale Provide recommendations and inputs into the employee evaluation and disciplinary process Maintain an efficient, accurate, and orderly warehouse to sustain all cGMP and ISO 9001:2015 standards Maintain safe working environment con
