The impact you'll make: Support management in the coordination of activities concerned with the production of company product(s) and establish production priorities for products, ensuring effective operations and cost efficiency by utilizing knowledge of product technology, production methods and procedures, and capabilities of machines and equipment. Ensure production processes run reliably, efficiently, and comply with quality control standards. Plan and oversee production schedules to ensure production resource requirements are met. Organize, monitor, and prioritize tasks to meet production goals. Evaluate various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency. Responsible for teaching, coaching, mentoring, and leadership on the production line(s). Train and manage teammates to ensure desired performance is achieved and all operating standards are adhered to. Administer policies and procedures.
