What you'll get to do The Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising employees in a manufacturing environment. They will plan and assign work, implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions. The Supervisor must ensure the manufacturing process remains safe, smooth, and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring employees in collaboration with the Production Manager. Supervisors are responsible for leading, directing, training, and assisting their teams. Supervisors are expected to embody OBE’s Mission, Vision, and Virtues with the highest regard. Responsibilities: Balances and maintains safety, quality, productivity, cost, and employee morale to achieve positive results in all areas; working to continuously improve all areas. Provides leadership, management, direct supervision, motivation, positive and professional approach to attain high levels of employee achievement and retention. Confirms compliance with Safety and Quality professional standards. Leads a safe, well-organized workplace with active WPO in a TPS Environment. Records daily KPIs and maintains updated reports throughout the day and summarizes at the end of the shift.
