Must Have
3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, understanding of assembly operations and production flow, Ability to coach, lead, and motivate hourly production teams, problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment, Working knowledge of 5S, TPM, standardized work, and lean manufacturing principles, Comfortable using production systems, reports, and basic computer applications, communication and organizational skills, Flexible schedule with the ability to support overtime, weekends, and off-shifts as needed

What You'll Do.
Lead daily assembly production activities
Conduct attendance reviews
Reallocate team members based on skill proficiency
Support Team Leads in identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
Maintain active leadership presence on the production floor
Ensure proper execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
Hold team members accountable for scrap review
Maintain accurate shift rosters
Develop and support structured operator growth
Facilitate rotation of qualified operators
Ensure strict adherence to scheduled break coverage
Collaborate with preceding and succeeding shifts
Enforce 5S workplace organization standards
Communicate clearly and consistently with operators
Verify all material replenishment requirements are completed
Promote and enforce compliance with all company safety policies
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Participate in problem-solving activities
