What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Five (5+) years of experience in a manufacturing environment with leadership, Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and meet production targets, problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing production challenges, Ability to collaborate effectively across functions, including maintenance, engineering, and quality, Self-motivated, organized, and able to operate effectively on night shift with minimal supervision, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), familiarity with manufacturing systems (e. g. , timekeeping, reporting tools), Legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice to Have
Associate’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years of manufacturing leadership experience, Experience in machining or a technical production setting, Experience with lean manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies
