What You'll Do.

Maintain high production

Ensure safest working environment

Control the production process

Perform accurate record keeping

Manage general line maintenance and staffing

Check daily production orders

Ensure production line start-up

Oversee team member job rotation

Ensure machinery performs to standard

Ensure workstations pass USDA Inspection

Ensure accurate shipments

Manage inventory rotation

Manage proper product coding

Keep records of reworked product

Provide continuous education on quality
