3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision, knowledge of production management, knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Proficient in quality control methodologies, Proficient in safety protocols, Proven leadership abilities, Experience managing and motivating teams, Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Proficiency in ERP systems, Experience with production planning, Experience with production scheduling, Experience with inventory management

Six Sigma certification preferred
