When it counts, we deliver cool results with ingenuity, precision, and integrity—and we’re looking for people who want to do the same. **WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:** * Directly lead production employees, including training, directing, conducting performance reviews, educating, and mentoring on performance. * Look after day-to-day production activities to ensure that current commitments are achieved while improvements are being made. * Handle daily performance through the use of process center communication boards daily. * Be a change agent and drive out waste throughout the manufacturing operation through the deployment of the Lean methodology. * Ensure a clean and safe working environment for all employees, emphasizing prevention of potential problems and hazardous conditions, and supports nVent's safety programs. * Review and submit payroll hours on a weekly basis, entering exception hours as needed. * Support new process and product development and implementation. * Develops key improvement projects and fulfills related duties as needed. **YOU HAVE:** * High school diploma or G.E.D * BA Degree is a plus * Ideally 3 plus years manufacturing expe
