High School Diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, 1+ years Lead experience, Proficient in internet navigation, Proficient in Microsoft Word, Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Able to organize and prioritize, Able to work in a multi-tasking environment, Accuracy and attention to detail

Supervise team of Production Workers
Ensure needs of all functions are met

Ensure procedures for food safety are achieved
Ensure procedures for manufacturing high quality products are
Maintain proper staffing
Interview new team members
Hire new team members

Ensure compliance required training
Direct daily activities to meet goals
Evaluate team members work performance
Conduct appropriate reviews for team members
Discipline team members
Provide direction to team members
