Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience, Minimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a high volume manufacturing environment
Nice to Have
Experience managing maintenance, machine support, or technical teams, Experience in electronics manufacturing and high-volume production environments, Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) experience, Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification, Advanced knowledge of SMT process equipment and automation technologies

The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing the activities of the production team to ensure manufacturing equipment reliability, production continuity, and operational excellence.
