The role is part of a modern metal fabrication operation focused on the manufacturing of metallic enclosures and industrial products. Production activities include sheet metal processing, laser cutting, welding and assembly operations, grinding and finishing, as well as surface treatment processes such as sandblasting, powder coating, and industrial painting. Reporting to the Production Manager, the **Shift Supervisor** will be responsible for leading production teams, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring the achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets across the manufacturing process. **Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:** • Supervise production operations within the assigned area to ensure the achievement of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets • Coordinate daily activities across sheet metal processing, welding, assembly, finishing, and surface treatment operations • Monitor, analyze, and report production KPIs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence • Identify, investigate, and resolve prod
