Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Gas Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or a related scientific discipline from an accredited institution, Minimum 15 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, At least 10 years of LNG operations experience, Minimum 6 years in a supervisory or managerial role, Leadership, emergency response, and team coordination skills, Excellent knowledge of offshore operations and HSE standards
What You'll Do.

Participate in and supervise export vessel loading activities to ensure safe and efficient operations

Prepare shift reports detailing production performance and operational status
Ensure shift teams are adequately staffed with competent personnel at all times
Coordinate with the maintenance department to minimize plant downtime and ensure the availability of critical equipment
Participate in the planning and execution of production shutdown
Promote and enforce a safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE regulations
Act as Approval Authority for Permit to Work (PTW)
Conduct emergency drills and ensure personnel readiness for emergency situations
Provide operational training and coaching to shift personnel in line with company competency standards
Perform any additional duties required by operational needs and business requirements

We are seeking an experienced **Production Shift Superintendent** to oversee offshore production operations and ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient performance of LNG facilities.
