What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. E. in Mechanical Engineering, 6–8 years in production/process execution within machinery manufacturing or fabrication, Diploma/Certification in Industrial Safety with hands-on experience, Production planning & process optimization, Time study and productivity improvement techniques, ERP systems (SAGE preferred), MS Office, MS Project, Knowledge of 5S and continuous improvement practices, Data-driven, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused, analytical ability, communication, stakeholder and people management
