As an innovation partner with distinctive development and systems expertise, we support our customers on the path to increasingly sustainable and connected mobility concepts from autonomous driving to alternative drives as well as charging systems. * Manage and supervise the Segment organizational unit to achieve defined objectives and KPIs * Lead direct reports by defining objectives, providing clear instructions, and monitoring performance * Ensure adherence to standards, governance requirements, and process execution * Identify improvement opportunities and implement measures to enhance team performance and service delivery * Support professional development of team members through coaching, training needs assessment, and succession planning ## Qualifications * Education & Language: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) or Operations Management; Six Sigma certification preferred. Full Professional English proficiency (C1 level) required for presenting technical data to global stakeholders. * Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in production or operations leadership, Experience within the Automotive industry or Wiring Systems is highly preferred. * Lean Mastery: Expert in Kaizen, 5S, and Kanban to optimize OEE and reduce waste. * Operational Leadership: Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, achieve KPIs, optimize resource allocation, and foster a "safety-first" culture (HSE). * Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and implement root-cause solutions. ## Additional Information _Peo
