The successful candidate will ensure efficient production processes, compliance with cGMP standards, and the delivery of high-quality sterile pharmaceutical products. **Key Responsibilities:** * Lead and oversee the daily sterile production activities, ensuring compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and safety regulations. * Manage and develop the sterile production team, ensuring proper training and performance management. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve product quality. * Ensure strict adherence to environmental controls and aseptic techniques within the sterile manufacturing area. * Collaborate closely with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other departments to maintain compliance and resolve operational issues. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. * (7-9) years of experience in sterile pharmaceutical production. * Strong knowledge of sterile manufacturing processes, aseptic techniques, and cGMP regulations. * Proven ability to lead teams and manage complex production operations. * Excellent problem-solving,Fluency in English communication.
