Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, 7-9 years of experience in solid dosage pharmaceutical manufacturing, understanding of solid dosage production processes, cGMP requirements, Demonstrated leadership skills, ability to manage and motivate teams
What You'll Do.
Manage day-to-day operations of the solid dosage production
Ensure adherence to SOPs
and safety procedures
Lead and mentor the production team
Promote continuous learning and performance excellence
Implement process improvements to optimize production efficiency
Coordinate with Quality Assurance and Engineering departments
Address and resolve production and quality issues
Ensure compliance with environmental and safety standards
