Must Have
2+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, or related manufacturing roles, analytical and problem-solving skills, Excellent communication and organizational abilities, Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities, Ability to communicate at all levels, Ability to use ERP/MRP systems to manage and update production plans, Understanding of production planning, capacity management, and inventory control principles, Ability to pass physical, drug, driving, and background check, Ability to physically push, pull, and lift 50lbs or more, Ability to stoop and bend, Ability to sit, stand, and walk for four-plus hours at a time, Alignment with company core values
What You'll Do.
Monitor production progress and adjust schedules
Collaborate with procurement on material availability
Work with Materials management on project kits
Communicate schedules and resolve conflicts with supervisors
Develop and maintain detailed production plans
Measure and report performance to plan
Report variations to production plans
Log all downtime and work on resolution
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks
Recommend process improvements
Inform Project management of delays or concerns
Weekly summary report of work orders
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain schedule adherence reports
Develop new reports and metrics
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Coordinates with procurement, production, engineering, and Project Management; Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials; Work with Materials management to ensure project kits are available; Working closely with production supervisors and team-leads to communicate schedules; Report out to Leadership on any variations to production plans; work with production leadership on resolution of variations; Inform Project management of any delays or concerns
