Monitor production progress and adjust schedules
Collaborate with procurement on material availability
Work with Materials management on project kits
Communicate schedules and resolve conflicts
Develop and maintain detailed production plans
Measure and report performance to plan
Report variations to production plans
Log all downtime and work on resolution
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks
Recommend process improvements
Inform Project management of delays
Weekly summary report of work orders
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Maintain schedule adherence reports
Develop new reports and metrics

This role coordinates with various departments including procurement, production, engineering, and Project Management to meet customer demands, minimize downtime, and optimize resource utilization. **Requirements** * Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand, equipment availability, or staffing. * Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components and highlight any shortages. * Work with Materials management to ensure project kits are available and complete at each stage of the process. * Working closely with production supervisors and team-leads to communicate schedules and resolve conflicts. * With support of operations, develop and maintain detailed production lans, and measure and report performance to plan. *
