Must Have
5+ years' experience in large product assembly quality engineering, manufacturing, or operations, BS in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
5+ years of data analysis using tools such as Excel, Pivot Tables, SQL, Tableau, or equivalent experience, MS in Mechanical, Electrical
What You'll Do.
Take ownership of quality management system processes for
Lead quality engineers
and technicians in deployment
Guide QMS enhancements and improvements
Coach on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and
Drive improvement for yield improvement
Provide updates for high severity issue during daily
Production QE and Quality Inspector
Lead containment activity and root cause investigation for
Lead root-cause corrective actions
Participate in Material Review Board (MRB) activities
Manage the block stock inventory
Lead the site to disposition non-conformance found at
Provide coaching and lead process flow diagrams
Support operations team as a high solving power
Bring multiple diverging technical perspectives together in high
Conduct rigorous Continuous Improvement activities to prevent recurrence
Implement the Leo's Quality System through process development
