What You'll Do.
perform standard and moderately complex set-ups and operations for custom and standard supply products on a flexographic press requiring shade
tone and hue variations
print registration and multiple die cutting stations
interpret order specifications and perform standard and moderate set-ups
general and preventative maintenance
troubleshooting and safety related housekeeping as related to the flexographic press
understand of turret and fanfold operations and can perform standard set-ups and production of this equipment
assist and learn printing techniques and operations
operate machine under supervision or guidance of Print Op III
and package finished goods for shipment per customer specifications
and standard practices
inspect general appearance of finished product
keep area supplied with necessary materials
prepare support for machine operators (mount plates tools or print
support staging of setup
clean up ink stations)
track multiple orders being packed at one time
perform 5S duties and audits
assist in equipment maintenance activities as directed
