What They're Looking For.
Must Have
BS degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration, Experience in a similar position in the Metal- Mechanics or electronics manufacturing industry, experience in production control, Intermediate English, Work Orders, Intermediate- Advanced Excel, Availability to work any shift, Personnel Management, work under pressure, Results oriented, Proficiency in MRP and BAAN, Inventory Management, Experience in warehouse operations and order fulfillment
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Kinaxis and Flex Flow is a plus.
What You'll Do.
Guides order processing activities for major customer units.
Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests.
Serves as advanced interface with customer for escalations of order dedications
and problem resolution.
Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to dedicated ship date (CSD)
Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.
Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues.
Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management.
coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability.
Provides input to management
and /or interfaces with customer program management
customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes
