Full Job Description

Duc-Pac was founded by a family of successful HVAC installers. Over 65 years later, our company has shaped it's line around the needs and preferences of those who design and install residential forced air systems. The Duc‑Pac Corporation is seeking a Production Planning & Scheduling Coordinator to support daily production scheduling, expediting, and workflow coordination across the manufacturing floor. This hands‑on role is critical to keeping production moving and ensuring on‑time customer delivery. Reporting to the Production Control Manager, this position translates demand into actionable production plans, aligns materials and priorities, and works closely with Production, Materials, and Purchasing teams to resolve issues and keep jobs on track. This is a fast‑paced, highly visible role for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable driving priorities on the shop floor. * Coordinate and track production jobs from release through completion * Expedite work‑in‑process across departments to support on‑time delivery * Communicate daily priorities, including “hot” items and work instructions * Execute ERP/MRP activities to align materials with production schedules * Coordinate raw material needs with Purchasing * Submit purchase orders for approval as required * Monitor schedules, identify risks or delays, and proactively resolve issues * Maintain accurate job status and production data in the ERP system * Partner with the Production Control Manager on daily priorities and KPIs * Support ERP system enhancements and continuous improvement efforts * Maintain a strong focus on safety and operational execution ## Qualifications * 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred * Experience in production planning, scheduling, or production control * ERP/MRP system experience preferred * Strong organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment * Detail‑oriented, proactive, and a
