_Job Description_ **Overview** A Part 145 Production Planning Engineer manages the scheduling and timeliness of the maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) processes to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and that the company meets all deadlines. Their duties include coordinating material and equipment availability, scheduling maintenance tasks, and monitoring the MRO process for any issues. Additionally, they ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the approved maintenance program and regulatory requirements, liaise with various departments to optimize resource utilization, and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities. **Roles & Responsibilities** 1\.
