Proven experience as production planner, Excellent knowledge of production planning and quality control principles, Experience in Manufacturing resource planning, Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems, Good at math and statistics, organizational and problem-solving skills, Bachelor's Graduate in Engineering

Industrial, Process, or any other engineering, Experience in cable manufacturing industry
What You'll Do.
Coordinate production workflow for multiple products
follow-up and prioritize operations
Determine equipment required to cover production demand
Coordinate production workflow for multiple finished goods
Plan and prioritize operations
Determine equipment and raw materials required
Assist in preparation and revision of MCP
Coordinate with respective departments to intimate MCP
Ensure all machines are utilized to their capacity
Reduce idle production time to a minimum
Coordinate and follow-up for planning semi-finished materials
Assist in preparation and revision of Daily Machine Schedule
Coordinate with respective departments to intimate schedule
Coordinate to schedule shift according to production needs
Coordinate to control WIP inventory on shop floor
Monitor production lines to ensure manufacturing is on schedule
Monitor production lines within budget
Monitor scrap production
Control scrap production within company set levels
Assist to enter MES data
Analyze MES data for any abnormality
Walk-around shop floor to analyze machines
Walk-around shop floor to analyze order
Walk-around shop floor to analyze priority for production
Coordinate with QC for final inspection schedule
Coordinate with QC for client inspection schedule
Coordinate with maintenance for preventive maintenance
Coordinate with maintenance for breakdown maintenance

_Purpose_ : As part of the planning team of OCI, to assist, follow-up and provide optimized production plan. _Summary of the Job Role_ : * To coordinate production workflow for multiple products * To plan, follow-up and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay * To determine equipment required to cover production demand _Key Deliverables – to and through the Head of Department_ : * Coordinate production workflow for multiple finished goods * Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay * Determine equipment and raw materials required to cover production demand * Assist in preparation and revision of MCP (Manufacturing Completion Program) and coordinate with respective departments to intimate the finalized MCP. * Ensure all machines are utilized to their capacity and reduce idle production time to a minimum. * Coordinate and follow-up for planning the semi-finished materials (outsourced items) including logistics, planned delivery, etc. * Assist in preparation and revision of Daily Machine Schedule and Monthly Machine Load Capacity and coordinate with the respective departments to intimate the same. * Coordinate to schedule shift according to production needs * Coordinate to control WIP inventory on the shop floor. * Monitor production lines to ensure the manufacturing is on schedule and within budget * Monitor scrap production and control it within company set levels. * Assist to enter the MES (Machine Efficiency System) data and analyze the same for any abnormality. * Walk-around shop floor to analyze the shop floor machines, order, priority for production, etc. * Coordinate with the QC department for final inspection and client inspection schedule and related activities. * Coordinate with maintenance for scheduling the preventive and breakdown maintenance of the machinery. * Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption * Prepare and submit status and performance reports * Collaborate wi
