What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in econometrics, statistics, industrial engineering, operations research, optimization, data mining, analytics, or equivalent quantitative field, Experience with SQL, Experience with statistical/mathematical programming software packages like R, SPSS, CPLEX, LONDO or Xpress
Nice to Have
Experience working in a fast paced, quickly changing or international environment, Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, Experience in capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or equivalent, Analysis experience in Advanced Planning & Optimization Systems, Ability to influence technical teams to achieve the right technical solutions, Some programming experience is a plus to automate tools, Basic/Working knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques preferred, Ability to closely work with operation, finance and planning leaders to manage lead-time, capacity, and optimize the impact of labor on supply position throughout the entire supply chain
