What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in Planning Capacity, Workflow, Financial Planning, Operations Field Management or related fields, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, finance or related field, Effective English and Portuguese language skills, Advanced Excel skills, problem solving, stakeholder management
Nice to Have
Experience in Operations, demand and Capacity Planning or Supply Chain, Experience in AI solutions, SQL/VBA or any visual analytics platform like PowerBI or Tableau, Experience with performance metrics, Ability to build scalable analytical models, Direct experience in quantitative research or analyses, Master’s degree (Business, Engineering, Statistics or related field)
