What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree), 2+ years of experience, Exposure to Lean Manufacturing, Purchasing Best Practices, Demand Scheduling Tools, Skilled user of ERP, MRP & Excel, Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows, Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to support decision-making processes, Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization, Familiarity with quality management systems and standards, such as ISO 9001, Understanding of capacity planning and resource allocation to optimize production efficiency

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or CIS, Certification: APICS, Experience using SQL, Python, R, MS Project, PowerBI, Tableau

What You'll Do.

Creating and maintaining efficient production schedules

Ensuring that materials

and labor are aligned to meet production goals and deadlines

Coordinating production activities

Optimizing the use of resources

Supporting Lean Manufacturing practices

Implementing demand scheduling tools

Monitoring production progress and adjusting schedules as needed

Collaborating with various departments

including procurement

Utilizing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ERP systems to manage production schedules and inventory levels

Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement in scheduling and resource allocation

Assisting in the development and implementation of production planning policies and procedures

Providing support and troubleshooting for production-related issues

Performing data analysis and presenting relevant findings and suggestions to stakeholders

Team & Collaboration

Working closely with various departments to coordinate production activities; Collaborating with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics; Presenting relevant findings and suggestions to stakeholders
