## Production Planner Geleen, Netherlands As a Production Planner, you play an important role in supporting daily GMP manufacturing operations. You ensure production activities are planned efficiently, operators are assigned correctly, and manufacturing activities can run smoothly and on time. In this role, you work closely with Manufacturing, Scheduling, Quality, Supply Chain and Technical teams in a dynamic production environment. What you will get * A central role within GMP manufacturing operations * Close collaboration with multiple departments and stakeholders across the site * The opportunity to contribute to the production of life-changing therapies * A dynamic environment with a strong team-oriented culture * Opportunities to further develop your planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills What you will do * Create and maintain production schedules based on manufacturing demand and available capacity * Assign production operators to manufacturing activities based on training and qualification status * Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure materials, equipment, documentation and staffing are ready for planned activities * Support the planning of production, maintenance, cleaning and shutdown activities * Identify and help solve planning issues or bottlenecks that may impact production timelines * Work closely with Site Scheduling, Manufacturing Team Leads and support departments to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing activities * Support continuous improvement initiatives related to planning and operational efficiency What we are looking for * MBO or Bachelor level education, preferably in Supply Chain, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or a related field * Experience in production planning, manufacturing or supply chain operations is preferred * Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities * Good communication skills and the ability to work with different teams and stakeholders * Experience in a GMP or
