What You'll Do.
Packaging and shipping of pharmaceuticals (both refrigerated and non-refrigerated) and medical supplies
Use of various warehouse equipment and computer systems
Package prescription medications according to regulatory requirements
weigh or measure quantities of medications as directed by the medication order
Review patient notes and preferences on pharmacy operating incorporate direction accordingly
Assemble patient information materials as specified by the pharmacist
Receive medication deliveries and maintain medication inventory with a first-in-first-out mind set
Support in the management of the pharmacy’s medication inventory
including expiry checks
Support in the management of supply-related needs
Support in the maintenance of an organized work area
Display a desire to support all areas of need within the pharmacy as directed by the pharmacy management team
