Working in the pharmaceutical industry (3 – 5 years) in relevant role., Very Good written and spoken English
What You'll Do.
Supervise day-to-day production process activities
Ensure strict implementation of GMP & HSE rules
Fulfill the production plan
Supervising operators in Solids during production
Assure process flow according to cGMP rules
Coaching of Supervisors and Operators
Responsible for new projects and Validation processes
Aligning with Quality team and engineering
Ensure implementation of measures for fulfillment of Solids department weekly production plan
Prevention of mix-up and cross contamination
Updating / Creating SOPs
Reporting any deviation occurring during manufacturing
Training new operators on different operations
Collection and Review of batch manufacturing records
Reporting any problems in utilities /machines
Assuring complied environmental monitoring
disinfecting and clearance of machines
Respect of company values
Applying the machine safety checklist
Commitment to the appropriate PPE use
Ensures that risk assessment to any new transferred product
Continuous monitoring to the first aid boxes
Executing waste management measures
Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements
Follow all the statutory legalization concerning Health
safety and environmental law
Facilitate and guide the employees to implement the HSE&En. Policies
Implement all applicable standards and guides of Sanofi
Ensure from complying with all legal and Sanofi requirements
Lead his/her team to implement the HSE & EnMS PASS
Train his/her team on HSE & EnMS procedures
Report any accidents/incidents in his/her area
Lead his/her team to investigate accidents/incidents
Support the area manager for takes corrective and preventive actions
Support the area manager for taking corrective and preventive actions
Sharing for HSE / EnMS inspection program
Lead the team of his/her area for doing full risk assessment
Define and control the required PPE’s for his/her area
Definethe list of CMR and its operational control
Control the first aid kits in his/her area
Leading his/her team for control the significant hazards /aspects
Perform other duties as assigned
Respect of personal data protection charter
Responsible for applying the HSE related requirements
