**Company:** Wasatch Labs **Job Summary:** The Pallet Wrapper is responsible for securing production pallets using stretch film to ensure product stability, protection, and compliance with quality and safety standards. This role supports efficient warehouse and shipping operations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Wrap production pallets using manual or automatic stretch wrap equipment. * Ensure loads are stable, secure, and properly stacked. * Inspect pallets for damage or inconsistencies before and after wrapping. * Label pallets correctly according to shipping and inventory requirements. * Prepare finished goods for storage or shipment. * Maintain a clean and organized work area. * Follow all safety procedures and company policies. * Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed. **Qualifications:** * Basic warehouse or production experience preferred. * Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines. * Attention to detail and quality. * Ability to lift and move materials (as required). **Skills:** * Time management and efficiency. * Teamwork and communication. * Basic understanding of warehouse processes. **Work Environment:** * Warehouse or production facility. * May require standing for long periods and handling physical tasks. **Objective of the Position:** Ensure that all pallets are properly secured and prepared to prevent damage and support safe, efficient transportation and storage. # **Our Benefits & Perks:** You will be part of an engaged, inclusive, global community that values family, giving back, beauty, and sustainability.
