This role is central to turning Phoenix Tailings’ technology into real-world output, supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient production of critical metals needed for the technologies of today and tomorrow. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, mechanically minded, safety-focused, and excited to help build the foundation of a cleaner, more resilient metals supply chain.  This role follows a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, working 3 days one week and 4 days the following week over night and receive night shift pay differential.     ## Key Responsibilities Operate rare earth metal refining equipment across production runs, including equipment start-up, shutdown, monitoring, material handling, and routine adjustments to support safe and consistent output Monitor process conditions, equipment performance, product quality, and production data throughout each shift, identifying deviations and responding quickly to keep operations on track.
