Eligibility Requirements

Ability to work 12 hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule or schedule as dictated by production demand.

2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 2 Years – Experience in Position, 2 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Associate's Degree

What You'll Do.

Operate production line ensuring safety

Complete quality and production reports hourly.

Perform physical and visual inspection of product.

Report quality defects to team members and leadership.

Adhere to safety programs

Abide by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety Standards.

Maintain housekeeping in production areas.

Maintain raw materials for minimal downtime.

Troubleshoot minor production line issues.

Perform relief duties when required.

Attend work regularly and predictably.

Work 12 hour shifts on a rotating schedule.
