What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 4 Years – Experience in Position, 4 Years - Experience managing people/projects, High School Diploma or GED
Nice to Have
6 Years–Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment, 6 Years- Experience working in Position, 6 Years – Experience managing people/projects, Associate's Degree
What You'll Do.
Assist Production Supervisor with daily activities
Ensure product adheres to safety
Communicate with previous shift regarding challenges and opportunities
Conduct walkthroughs to verify safety
Assist supervisor with batching minerals
Prepare production lines for scheduled changeovers
Order and inspect raw materials
Perform first pass quality checks after changeovers
Return raw materials after completion of production runs
Verify discrete jobs are correct in Oracle
Support Production Supervisor with production reports
Utilize Efficiency Improvement Tools to understand line downtime
Communicate downtime per escalation plan
Adhere to company and plant safety programs
Abide by Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Abide by Food Safety Standards
