Machine Operator III is responsible for operating the Exit end of the coating line. Duties include operating the exit end equipment to meet the customer requirements for coil size whilst maintaining the highest line speed, entering coil production and line time data into Oracle, creating tags for all coils that come off the exit end, working with quality and material handlers to ensure that coil material flow form exit to the packaging line is efficient, monitors HMI’s for alarms/issues, ensures that paint line equipment is configured correctly for painting activities and coordinating with other team members to maintain production quality and efficiency. **Tools Required** * Required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as outlined in the role specific Job Safety Analysis * Forklift * Computers * Scanners, tablets, printers * Oracle ERP * Required to use power hand tools **Education & Experience Qualifications** **Minim um:** * High School diploma or equivalent (GED) * One year of Manufacturing Experience * Knowledge of basic hand and power tools **Preferred :** * 6+ months of experience operating mobile equipment in a manufacturing environment **Skills & Competencies** * Basic computer skills * Time Management – prioritizing work to meet internal and/or external customer demands * Detail Oriented – ensures accuracy of product and documentation to meet internal and/or external customer demands * Good communication skills * Mobile equipment operations skills _**Additional Information**_ The preceding job responsibilities and tasks were designed to
