What You'll Do.
Work in any or all kiln and post-kiln operations as determined by the area supervisor based on the daily work-in-process and operational situations on the production floor
Inspect products for flaws through a microscope and report flaws to area lead or supervisor
Review and follow work specifications
Set up standard daily work
Track and input work order moves and product output into production move system
Work with or around ceramics
and liquid & solid metals
Train and work where assigned in pre- and post-kiln operations
Work effectively on individual job assignments or as a member of a team
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Perform other duties or flex to other areas as required by supervisor
Assist in the training of new operators when needed

At Spectrum Control, most departments operate on a 4-day, 10-hour work schedule in exchange for a **3-day weekend**.
