This role involves operating machinery, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and training other operators to enhance team performance. The position emphasizes a commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement in production processes. **Essential Duties** * Perform operations work to manufacture shingle products. * Follow safety policies, procedures, and practices. * Operate equipment and machinery to meet product specifications. * Troubleshoot manufacturing problems as they arise. * Rotate jobs in assigned areas (Process or Packaging). * Train other operators to improve team performance. * Perform machine maintenance tasks as assigned. * Attend and contribute to Production meetings. * Make adjustments to machinery and report changes to oncoming operators. * Perform regular cleanup and housekeeping of the workstation. **Qualifications Required** * H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required * 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred. * Basic reading and mathematics skills required. * Must pass drug test, physical, and background check.
