Full Job Description

At Spectrum Control, most departments operate on a 4-day, 10-hour work schedule in exchange for a **3-day weekend**. The Production Operator will work in any or all kiln and post-kiln operations as determined by the area supervisor based on the daily work-in-process and operational situations on the production floor.
