Must Have
understanding of good manufacturing practices, safety at work procedures, work flexibly and adapt to change
Nice to Have
previous experience as a Mixing Room Operator, PCS7 software knowledge, Handling food, operating equipment such as HMIs/ screens in a quality focused and performance driven factory environment, operating large-scale automated machinery within a Bulk and Mixing department, experience operating equipment such as HMIs / screens in a performance driven environment
What You'll Do.
Carry out all pre-start checks
Carry out product quality evaluations
Control and operate a variety of processes
Understand equipment and machinery set up
Complete changeovers in your area
Ensure all documentation is filled in correctly
Complete shift handovers in your area
Train peers and new operatives
Undertake basic problem diagnosis
Work with relevant team members to resolve issues
Ensure the efficient operation of packing equipment
Maximise plant efficiency
Keep housekeeping and hygiene standards
Support the business with the generation of any improvement Initiatives
