What You'll Do.
Carry out all pre-start checks
Carry out product quality evaluations
Control and operate processes and equipment
Understand equipment and machinery set up
Complete changeovers in your area
Fill in documentation correctly
Complete shift handovers
Train peers and new operatives
Undertake basic problem diagnosis
Ensure efficient operation of packing equipment
Maximise plant efficiency
Keep housekeeping and hygiene standards high
Support business with improvement initiatives
Occasionally hand packing and hand stacking boxes
