Must Have
5+ years of experience in clean room environment, 3+ years of experience leading teams, 3+ years of hands on experience in final integration, Experience working with various manufacturing execution systems, Ability to obtain a U. S. Security Clearance, U. S. Citizenship

Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-component system integrations in large scale projects, Facilitate cross team communication and stakeholder management skills, Excellent technical communication and stakeholder management skills

Coordinate equipment implementation

Represent manufacturing on production issues
Lead mechanical test activities
Lead integrated test activities
Review test procedures
Review test requirements
Review test schedules
Direct technicians during assembly
Direct technicians during integration
Direct technicians during testing
Troubleshoot anomalies
Troubleshoot hardware issues
Troubleshoot test failures
Document discrepancies
Help engineering determine corrective actions
Prepare status updates
Prepare shift turnovers
Support launch operations
