Senior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, Demonstrated leadership of Health, Safety and Environment strategy, Proven accountability for production and engineering performance, Experience overseeing capital investment programmes, financial, commercial and stakeholder management capability
Nice to Have
Degree or equivalent professional qualification, IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification, Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt, Experience in a unionised manufacturing environment
What You'll Do.

Lead the manufacturing strategy for the Boston site
Setting a customer focused culture

Play a key role in delivering NPI and NPD
Translate business strategy into medium- and long-term site plans
Act as a senior decision-maker for operational matters
Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for Health
Safety and Environment
Act as the site owner of the HSE strategy
Line manage the Health
Safety & Environment Advisor
Ensure effective implementation
monitoring and continuous improvement of HSE management systems
Lead a proactive behavioral safety culture
Ensure full compliance with statutory
regulatory and company HSE requirements
Provide senior leadership during incident investigations
Accountable for site performance against Safety
Cost and Productivity targets
Drive a CI agenda and approach
Ensure production resources are aligned to deliver customer requirements
Champion daily management systems
performance review and structured problem-solving
Work cross-functionally with Supply Chain
Provide senior leadership and direction to the Engineering & Capex Manager
Ensure collaboration between Engineering and Production
Oversee asset reliability
maintenance strategy and availability performance
Ensure engineering strategy is aligned with operational

Provide strategic oversight and governance of the site Capital Investment programme
