About the Role The Production Operations Associate supports the full transcript production lifecycle—from pre-production preparation through post-production delivery. This role is responsible for preparing rough drafts, organizing source data, and ensuring that certified transcripts and supporting documents are complete, accurate, and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with Transcription and Deposition Operations teams to keep production workflows efficient and reliable. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in detail-driven work, enjoys managing multiple deliverables, and takes pride in operational excellence. ## What You’ll Own Pre-Production Operations Prepare rough drafts by organizing and validating source materials for accurate transcription Edit and prepare audio/video files to support efficient transcription workflowsPerform post-event quality checks to ensure files and data are complete and usable Fulfill exhibit requests and ensure exhibits are properly labeled and organized Generate errata documents as requested and ensure accuracy and completeness Post-Production Operations En
