Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related Agricultural field, Currently enrolled college student with anticipated graduation, Able to work an average 48-hour week, Weekend, evening, and holiday work required, Must shower in and out of farm facilities daily, Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft software, Able to work well with others, Able to be respectful, approachable and team oriented, Supportive of the mission of raising swine, Able to tolerate and perform euthanasia, Able to tolerate and perform castration, Able to tolerate and perform vaccinations, Able to tolerate and perform piglet processing, Able to tolerate and perform ear tagging, Able to tolerate and perform blood sampling, Able to operate a high-pressure washing system
Nice to Have
Relocation to complete training and assume first managerial assignment
