What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years of professional leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, 3+ years of production operations or process development experience, 2+ years of experience in a leadership position
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in engineering or technical discipline, Experience building out a multidisciplinary production organization, Experience leading multi-level production operations teams with 50+ members, Experience in semiconductor/integrated circuitry industry (e. g. FPGA, ASIC, Power Components), Experience leading New Product Integration to volume production, Experience with the equipment and ancillary support systems used to manufacture semiconductors front end wafer and back end packaging), Experience with equipment qualification, validation, and troubleshooting in cleanroom or controlled environments, Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, Experience in low-high mix/extreme high-volume and implementing/sustaining quality management systems (e. g. ISO9001, AS9100)
