What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree on related fields, 5 years of Production manager and engineering experience, Knowledge or experience in Manufacturing Process, working Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing (Lean Expert -GB- highly recommended), Proficient in the use of personal computers to perform daily work, Familiar with the Microsoft Office suite of programs and MRP systems, Bilingual English/Spanish, Ability to track performance and provide effective feedback
Nice to Have
Experience in the medical device industry is preferred, specifically in high-volume manufacturing area, SAP and Agile experience preferred
What You'll Do.
Achieve performance goals for Production Area
Manage direct reports including hiring
and conflict resolution
Enforce discipline and follow up with low-performing supervisors
Ensure completion of all ISU-related training for supervised associates
and enforce adherence to EHS System
and Manufacturing Guidelines
Provide coaching and feedback to employees based on goals and expectations
Assign and manage workload and employee development plans
Conduct annual performance reviews and monthly one-on-one meetings
Drive Culture Strategy by fostering mission
Own Production Metrics and coordinate actions to ensure KPI Goals
Generate Production Reports
Update and revise Manufacturing Process Instructions
Review and approve ECOs
Support process validations and Final Manufacturing Reviews
Collaborate with corporate engineering on production line transfers or improvements
Address line support issues
and escalate problems
Collaborate with support departments to resolve daily production issues
Support Layered Audits and CAPA Action Plans
Ensure adherence to Intuitive Production System Initiatives
Lead or support Lean Manufacturing initiatives
Review and disposition discrepant material
Implement corrective actions and projects to improve material usage/reduce scrap
Ensure supervisors complete payroll activities on time
Assist with Budget Spending process and control expenses
Support purchase requisitions
Support SIOP process for production planning
Participate in Area Goal Deployment Process
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with corporate engineering on production line transfers or improvements; Work closely with All Support departments to resolve daily production issues; Collaborate with a Mfg. based team thru Corporate Projects, Project Management, Kaizen, Green Belts or Rapid problem-solving events

Primary Function of Position: Achieve along with a functional team, performance goals for Production Area. The goals will include Safety Incidents, Absenteeism, Turnover, PL, DN, NCR, Scrap, Prod Plan, Efficiency, Hour’s accuracy, Down time. Roles & Responsibilities: * Perform Interviews, Hire, Onboarding (Provide Expectations) and train, reward, recognition and discipline, manage conflicts on direct reports. * Responsible for discipline enforcement and follow up with low performance Supervisors. * Ensure completion of All training ISU related for associates under his supervision. * Train, develop, enforce adherence to the applicable DOPs and SOPs of the EHS System, Quality System, as well as the Manufacturing Guidelines. * Follow up employees with coaching and provide feedback based in goals and expectations when is required. * Assign and manage workload to monitor their employee’s development plan. * Write and conduct formal annual performance reviews & monthly One:One process. * Drive our Culture Strategy by
