Track day-to-day production workflows
Ensure processes are documented
Ensure processes are efficient
Ensure processes are streamlined
Ensure books are produced at highest quality
Develop mitigation plans
Maintain production milestones
Maintain completion dates
Manage production schedules
Manage production files
Supervise production progress
Review files for quality issues
Ensure deadlines are met
Manage vendor relationships
Facilitate issue resolution
Ingest files using internal systems
Archive files using internal systems
Champion new technologies
