Must Have
Significant experience in a Production Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, or similar senior leadership role, Proven experience managing large operational teams in food production, airline catering, industrial catering, manufacturing, FMCG, or similar high-volume environments, Leadership and people management skills with the ability to lead through multiple management layers and shifts, Experience working in a 24/7 operational environment, Understanding of production planning, process management, and operational efficiency, Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards, Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, Communication and stakeholder management skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting systems, Fluent English communication skills
Nice to Have
Bachelor's degree in Operations, Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is considered an advantage
