Make a difference, come join the team! **What’s the role?** The **Production Manager** leads end-to-end manufacturing and production operations, ensuring products are produced efficiently, safely, and in compliance with strict **medical device quality standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP)**. This role sets the strategic direction for production, drives performance through KPIs, and develops teams while promoting lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. **Sound Interesting?** **Here’s what you’ll do:** **Production & Operations Leadership** * Oversee production areas including biomaterials, machining, cleanroom operations, packaging, warehousing, and shipping. * Manage supervisors and production staff while setting performance targets (volume, productivity, scrap rate, lead time). * Ensure production plans meet demand forecasts and business targets. * Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective action plans when needed. * Support workforce planning aligned with customer demand and operational goals. * Manage departmental budgets and capital expenditures. * Maintain strong safety culture and compliance with workplace safety standards. **Quality & Compliance** * Ensure products meet medical device quality regulations, SOPs, and traceability requirements.
