Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (such as Applied Mechanics, Physics, Materials Science, or related field), Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience within manufacturing environments, Background in medical device manufacturing or other high-quality / regulated production environments, Interpret technical documents, business publications, and regulatory requirements, Write reports, procedures, qualification studies, and business communications, Present information clearly to leadership, customers, and cross-functional teams, Communicate effectively with auditors and regulatory agencies (such as FDA auditors)
Nice to Have
Experience working in cleanroom or sterile production environments, Spanish bilingual skills, Lean Manufacturing / Lean Management experience

and traceability requirements
Provide training to staff on quality systems
and regulatory compliance
Maintain adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Drive lean manufacturing and operational efficiency initiatives
Adapt production structure to changing customer demand and business strategy
